About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience through hospitality, serving quality food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be able to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.

• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
