About The Position
As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment and help create a positive customer experience through hospitality, communication, and adaptability. The role includes sales, food preparation, customer service, stocking, and keeping store areas clean. Team members may receive an additional $1.50 per hour for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Restock products throughout the store.
