About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment, providing customers with a welcoming experience and hospitality throughout their visit. The role involves sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to develop skills across many facets of store operations and grow within Sheetz.

Team Members prepare food and beverages to customers’ specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner; process checkout transactions while monitoring restricted-product sales; and help maintain clean, well-stocked store, kitchen, and dining areas. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
• Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing needs.
