About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to provide a friendly, high-energy customer experience in a fast-paced store environment. Team members work together to welcome customers, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, handle checkout transactions, and keep the store stocked and clean. The role offers opportunities to build skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential to grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to repeatedly bend, stand, and reach.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep store merchandise and supplies stocked.
