Store Team Member
About The Position
Store Team Members build the company brand by delivering excellent customer service, engaging with customers, advising them on products, and driving sales. Although sales are generally the focus for both part-time and full-time positions, team members may also be assigned merchandising, front-end, or other responsibilities. The role is referred to internally as Service Team Member and reports to the store management team. This posting is for a seasonal position, described as short term and no longer than six months, with the option to apply for a non-seasonal role. The pay range is $14.31–$20.03 per hour; the actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage and may vary based on factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1–3 years of work experience; 1 or more years of retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and remain on one’s feet for 8–10 hours a day.
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
- Ability to climb ladders and repeatedly lift 50 pounds overhead.
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Process freight; organize and distribute inventory; pull and stock merchandise; build displays and end caps; and place signage.
- Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
- Greet customers, build relationships, provide personalized service, and inform customers about products and services.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
- Follow applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and help maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
- Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other assigned duties.
- If delivery is an essential job function, load and deliver orders safely and professionally in accordance with company policies, procedures, and traffic and safety laws.
