About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a high-energy Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Team Members provide a welcoming customer experience through hospitality, sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role involves preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and replenishing merchandise. The position offers opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas of the store and grow within Sheetz. The posting advertises a $500 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $250 after 30 days of employment and $250 after 90 days. It also offers an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz states that it provides competitive salaries and PTO, 100% paid maternity and paternity leave, food and drink discounts, up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement, and employee bonuses.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be able to multitask.
Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and be able to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
