About The Position
The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced store environment, collaborating with the team to deliver a welcoming customer experience. The role involves engaging customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience and adapting to changing needs while communicating effectively. Team Members contribute across multiple facets of store operations, including sales, food preparation, and customer service. The position offers opportunities to develop skills and grow within the company. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Restock products throughout the store.
