About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment and helps create a positive customer experience through hospitality, communication, and adaptability. The role includes sales, food preparation, customer service, and other aspects of store operations, with opportunities to develop skills and grow within Sheetz. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Restock products throughout the store.
• Work collaboratively with the team and engage customers throughout their Sheetz experience.
