About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, helping the store team deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience. The role includes serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching and mentoring team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store and food-service areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work performed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
• Be able to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
