About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced store environment, engaging customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience. Team members work together to provide customer service, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, manage checkout transactions, and maintain and stock store areas. The role offers opportunities to develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential for career growth within Sheetz.

An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep store merchandise stocked.
