About The Position
The Store Supervisor leads by example, demonstrating high energy and teamwork while helping store team members deliver a positive customer experience. The role includes serving customers, preparing food and beverages to their specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. The posting also notes an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.
- Be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
- Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
- Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
