About The Position

The Store Supervisor (described in the posting as a Shift Leader) directs an efficient workflow and assists the Store Manager with store operations. The role models barista responsibilities and leads the team when the Store Manager is unavailable. Responsibilities

Deliver a consistent, quality customer experience by following beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer issues, and leading the team in Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service.
Maintain speed-of-service standards during busy periods by managing workflow, anticipating customer needs, staying calm, and preparing for the next rush during downtime.
Assist the Store Manager with onboarding and training new team members.
Build effective working relationships with team members and identify individual motivators.
Seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales.
Accurately and consistently follow cash-handling, point-of-sale, and operational procedures.
Ensure team members follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Serve as a keyholder and follow opening and closing procedures.
Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.
Assist the Store Manager with administrative duties as requested.
