About The Position
The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment, welcoming customers and providing hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience. The role includes preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, processing transactions, keeping the store clean and stocked, and supporting a friendly, safe customer experience. Team members may develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz. The position is full-time and requires working four weekend days per month. Evening shifts are needed; an additional $1.50 per hour is paid for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The starting rate is $16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
- Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Keep products stocked throughout the store.
- Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing needs.
