About The Position
Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member for a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Team Members provide customers with a welcoming and friendly experience, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, handle checkout transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and keep products stocked. The role offers opportunities to develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential for career growth within Sheetz. The starting rate of pay is $16.00 per hour. Team Members working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. The shift needed is mornings.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Keep products stocked throughout the store.
- Work with the team and engage customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience.
