About The Position
Sheetz is seeking a high-energy Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, communication, and teamwork. Team Members may develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz. The position is an overnight shift. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Stock products throughout the store.
- Work with the team to engage customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience.
