About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly, attentive service and helping customers throughout their Sheetz experience. The role includes serving food and beverages to customer specifications, processing transactions, maintaining clean store and dining areas, and restocking merchandise. Team members work collaboratively and may develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The starting pay is $16.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The shift needed is evenings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
• Work with the team to provide hospitality across the customer experience.
