About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Team Members engage customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience and work with teammates to provide friendly, adaptable service. The role offers opportunities to develop skills across store sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential for career growth within Sheetz.

The position includes serving food and beverages to customer specifications, processing checkout transactions, monitoring sales of restricted products, and maintaining clean and stocked store, kitchen, and dining areas. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
