About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, sales, food preparation, and customer service. Team members work together, communicate effectively, adapt to change, and may develop skills across many facets of store operations, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customers’ specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
