About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members through energetic, dependable service and effective teamwork. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience by providing hospitality, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping the store clean. The position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of employment. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
