About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help create a positive customer experience. You’ll engage with customers through hospitality and support sales, food preparation, and customer service across multiple areas of the store. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change. Employees working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
