About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member to provide customers with a positive store experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Team Members engage customers with hospitality and work across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and adaptability. Team Members may work varied hours; shifts worked between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Full-time Team Members must work four weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
