About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with energy and a strong team mentality. The role helps deliver a positive customer experience through hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and efficient store operations. The supervisor mentors and coaches team members, helps prioritize tasks, and ensures products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available. The role also helps maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas. The position requires multitasking and repeated bending, standing, and reaching, as well as occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and assisting another person in lifting 40 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks. Requirements
