About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on delivering a friendly customer experience through hospitality, food and beverage preparation, sales, and customer service. Team members work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing needs while supporting customers throughout their Sheetz experience. The position can provide opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas of the store and grow within the company. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz states that it offers competitive salaries and PTO, fully paid maternity and paternity leave, food and drink discounts, up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement, employee bonuses, and other perks.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customers’ specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Restock products throughout the store.
