About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced store environment, collaborating with the team to provide customers with a friendly, welcoming experience. The role involves customer service, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, handling checkout transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and replenishing store supplies. Team members may develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz.

Full-time team members are required to work four weekend days per month. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work performed between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The role requires repeated bending, standing, and reaching, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
