About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, customer service, sales, food preparation, and teamwork. Team members prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, handle checkout transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and replenish merchandise. The position offers opportunities to develop skills across multiple facets of store operations and grow within Sheetz. Shifts worked between 4 p.m. and 6 a.m., as well as all Saturday and Sunday hours, receive an additional $2.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to multitask.
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock merchandise throughout the store.
• Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing needs.
