About The Position
Store Team Leads are part of Academy Sports + Outdoors’ Stores Team, which supports the customer experience in an active, fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. Team Members bring a friendly attitude, help customers find products, share their interest in sports and the outdoors, and keep the store looking ready for customers.
