About The Position

Associates in Store Support positions perform a variety of non-sales functions. These may include supporting a strong customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Some positions require direct interaction with customers or vendors. Store Support Associates may direct customers to departments or merchandise, answer questions about product order status, and handle cash management or program compliance. They help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting store-specific business objectives and key operational responsibilities.
