About The Position

Associates in Store Support positions perform a variety of non-sales functions, which may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. The work sometimes involves direct interaction with customers or vendors. Store Support associates may direct customers to departments or merchandise, answer questions about product order status, handle cash management, or support program compliance. Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
