About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. The role works with the team to provide customers with a hospitable experience, including serving food and beverages to customer specifications safely, quickly, and kindly. The position also supports store operations by coaching team members, maintaining product availability and merchandising, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. Shifts worked between 4 p.m. and 6 a.m., as well as all Saturday and Sunday hours, receive an additional $2.00 per hour.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
