About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members in providing customers with a welcoming, high-quality experience. The role involves serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching and mentoring team members, keeping products available and properly merchandised, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, kitchen, and dining areas. The position requires a dependable, self-motivated employee who can prioritize and delegate tasks while contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment. The starting rate is $18.00 per hour. An additional $2.00 per hour is paid for shifts worked between 4 p.m. and 6 a.m., and for all Saturday and Sunday hours. The shift needed is overnight.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Demonstrate dependability, self-motivation, efficiency, a positive attitude, and the ability to delegate effectively.
