About The Position

The Retail Operations Associate supports store operations by handling shipments and receiving, completing daily tasks, and ensuring products are merchandised to provide customers with a positive store experience. The role requires collaboration, customer focus, initiative, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and use retail technology and systems.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to collaborate and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and connect meaningfully with customers.
• Ability to identify opportunities and issues, learn quickly, and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and use technology, retail systems, equipment, and computer programs needed for the role.
• Ability to learn and follow protocols and guidelines to protect people and assets.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to inventory control.
• Ship and receive gear and other items.
• Prepare for and execute inventory cycle counts.
• Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Handle cash.
• Maintain awareness of and help control shrink.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
