About The Position

Guitar Center’s Operations Associate supports store operations by handling shipments and inventory, completing daily tasks, and ensuring products are stocked and merchandised to provide customers with a positive store experience. Requirements

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Handle tasks related to inventory control.
• Ship and receive gear and other items.
• Prepare and execute inventory cycle counts.
• Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Handle cash.
• Maintain awareness of shrink and help control it.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
