About The Position

Guitar Center’s Seasonal Support serves as the face of the store by greeting customers, identifying their needs, recommending appropriate products, and working to close sales. The role supports sales of services, provides product and service guidance, builds customer relationships for future service needs, and helps keep the store ready to serve customers. The position also involves ongoing learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
