About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with energy, dependability, and a strong team mentality. The role helps deliver a positive customer experience through hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and effective team coordination. Supervisors mentor and coach team members, help ensure products are available and well-presented, and maintain cleanliness throughout the store, kitchen, and dining areas. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
