About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports the success of multiple stores in a district by helping create a positive, high-energy atmosphere and ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met. The role travels locally between nearby stores as required and offers set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off. An additional $1.50 per hour is paid for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Must be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel over 30 miles one way.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, support their skill development, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
Promote a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following applicable regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
