About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high-energy effort and a strong team mentality. The role helps create a positive customer experience through hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and efficient store operations. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The position is listed for evening/overnight shifts. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.
Be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask, repeatedly bend, stand, and reach, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customers’ specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform as a team.
Monitor store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
Engage customers with hospitality throughout their store experience.
Prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
