About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role helps deliver a friendly, hospitable customer experience while ensuring food and beverages are prepared safely and accurately. Supervisors coach and mentor team members, prioritize and delegate tasks, maintain product availability and presentation, and keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position is identified as an overnight shift. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz is committed to considering qualified applicants with disabilities who can perform the essential duties with or without accommodations.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
