About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with high energy, a strong team mentality, and effective task prioritization and delegation. The role helps provide customers with a welcoming, hospitable experience and ensures food and beverages are prepared to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. The supervisor also helps maintain product availability and store cleanliness. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.
