About The Position

As a Front Crew member at Ono Hawaiian BBQ, you help ensure a positive dining experience by providing customer service, taking orders, operating the POS system, serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The role includes following health codes, safety procedures, company policies, and the Front Crew Training Guideline. The posting offers part-time or full-time work.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Follow the Front Crew Training Guideline.
• Greet customers, provide customer service, and assist with orders.
• Promote marketing promotions and new product items to customers.
• Operate the POS system, handle payments, and serve food to customers.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures at the end of each shift or day.
• Maintain store cleanliness through daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
