About The Position

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Car Wash Attendant for an active, customer-facing role in a fast-paced, team-oriented outdoor environment. The position offers paid training, flexible scheduling, performance bonuses, and opportunities for promotion and leadership development. No prior experience is required. Attendants remain on their feet, move throughout the workday, and interact with customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, dependable, and motivated.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, food service, hospitality, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Help customers choose wash packages and sell memberships.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Keep the site clean and organized.
• Perform basic equipment checks.
