About The Position

Hertz is seeking Car Wash Attendants who take pride in their work and support customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting vehicle service and maintenance checks, meeting the Hertz Gold Clean Standard for each vehicle, ensuring fuel and fluids meet standards, and transporting vehicles throughout the lot. The position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and a high school diploma or GED. The hourly wage is $18.46. Overtime is eligible with prior approval and is paid in accordance with applicable laws. Holiday pay is 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to eight hours of holiday pay. Sick pay of up to 40 hours is granted. Paid time off and vacation accrue at 0.83 days per month; the role also includes four floating holidays and nine paid observed holidays. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma.
