Car Wash Attendant
About The Position
The Car Wash Attendant guides cars onto the tunnel conveyor, lightly scrubs the fronts and backs of vehicles, assists guests with transactions, and keeps the site clean to provide a delightful guest experience. The role reports to the General Manager and is classified as non-exempt. The employee must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, safely load vehicles onto the car wash conveyor, and clean the tunnel and equipment. Employees must demonstrate current competencies for the position and stay informed about company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.
Requirements
- Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds; the physical demands section also specifies lifting 25 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to work in changing environments and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for the full shift, with prolonged periods of standing and occasional prolonged walking.
- Maintain a sense of urgency while remaining friendly and courteous.
- Demonstrate current competencies applicable to the position.
