About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members in delivering a welcoming, high-quality customer experience. The role involves serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching coworkers, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position requires a positive, dependable, self-motivated employee who can prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. The listed starting rate is $18.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is overnight.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
Be self-motivated, dependable, efficient, and have a positive attitude.
Be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
