About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, bringing high energy and a strong team mentality to help store team members deliver a welcoming, hospitable customer experience. The role includes providing customer service, preparing food and beverages to customers’ specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
