About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with high energy, a strong team mentality, and effective task prioritization and delegation. The role helps create a positive customer experience through hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and a safe, fast, and friendly store environment. The Supervisor also mentors and coaches team members and helps ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available. The position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
