About The Position

Sheetz is seeking a high-energy Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Team Members provide customers with a friendly, hospitable experience and contribute to store operations across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role involves serving food and beverages to customer specifications, handling checkout transactions, maintaining clean and stocked areas, and working collaboratively with the team. The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $250 after 30 days of employment and $250 after 90 days. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep store merchandise stocked.
