About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member for a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Team Members work together to provide customers with a welcoming experience and excellent hospitality. The role involves customer service, food and beverage preparation, sales, checkout transactions, and maintaining store, kitchen, and dining-area cleanliness and stock. Team Members may grow their skills across many facets of the store and pursue further opportunities within Sheetz.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Keep store merchandise stocked.
• Work collaboratively with the store team and adapt to changing needs.

Benefits

• $500 sign-on bonus: $250 after 30 days of employment and $250 after 90 days.
• Additional $1.50 per hour for working 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
