About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members in delivering a welcoming, friendly customer experience. The role serves quality food and beverages to customer specifications, helps coordinate team priorities, monitors product ordering and merchandising, and maintains clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. The position calls for a dependable, self-motivated employee who can prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and work with a high-energy, team-oriented approach. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The starting rate is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.
• Be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
• Be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available to customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
