About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, bringing high energy and a strong team mentality to the store team. The role supports a positive customer experience through hospitality and customer service, food and beverage preparation, team coaching, product availability, and store cleanliness. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for working 10 p.m.–6 a.m. Candidates should be self-motivated, dependable, efficient, positive, and able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 years of age for certain tasks.
Be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be self-motivated, dependable, efficient, and positive.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
