About The Position
The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment and helps create a positive customer experience through hospitality, sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role involves working with the team, communicating effectively, adapting to change, and carrying out varied store duties. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Keep store merchandise and supplies stocked.
